1. Returns Policy

  • Food products sold on Snacks & Bites are non-returnable due to hygiene and safety reasons.
  • Returns will only be considered under the following conditions:
    • Product received is damaged or defective
    • Incorrect product has been delivered
    • Product is expired at the time of delivery
  • To be eligible for a return/replacement:
    • You must notify us within 24–48 hours of delivery
    • Provide clear photo/video evidence of the issue
    • Product should be unused and in original packaging

2. Refund Policy

  • Once your request is reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed under the following conditions:
    • Full refund for damaged, defective, or incorrect items
    • Partial refund (if applicable) based on the issue
  • Refund timelines:
    • Processed within 5–7 business days after approval
    • Credited to the original payment method
  • In case of prepaid orders, if cancellation is approved before dispatch, a full refund will be issued.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped/dispatched
  • Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted
  • To request cancellation, contact us immediately after placing your order

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds/replacements will not be applicable in the following cases:

  • Delay in delivery caused by courier partners
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer
  • Minor packaging damage that does not affect product quality
  • Change of mind after order placement
