1. Returns Policy
- Food products sold on Snacks & Bites are non-returnable due to hygiene and safety reasons.
- Returns will only be considered under the following conditions:
- Product received is damaged or defective
- Incorrect product has been delivered
- Product is expired at the time of delivery
- To be eligible for a return/replacement:
- You must notify us within 24–48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photo/video evidence of the issue
- Product should be unused and in original packaging
2. Refund Policy
- Once your request is reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed under the following conditions:
- Full refund for damaged, defective, or incorrect items
- Partial refund (if applicable) based on the issue
- Refund timelines:
- Processed within 5–7 business days after approval
- Credited to the original payment method
- In case of prepaid orders, if cancellation is approved before dispatch, a full refund will be issued.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped/dispatched
- Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted
- To request cancellation, contact us immediately after placing your order
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds/replacements will not be applicable in the following cases:
- Delay in delivery caused by courier partners
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer
- Minor packaging damage that does not affect product quality
- Change of mind after order placement
